Return & Exchange Policy
Once an order is submitted, it will NOT be canceled or refunded for any reason. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product and therefore all sales are FINAL. However, if the hair extensions purchased arrive defective in any way, within reason, we are delighted to provide you with a refund within FIVE(5) DAYS of the date the order was delivered. To be considered for a refund, please contact our Customer Service at: tluxuryextensions@gmail.com to initiate the return. Items must be mailed back within FIVE (5) DAYS after receiving. The bundle seal and hang tags MUST still be attached on the hair in order to receive a refund. Once your order is received and inspected, we will begin the process a refund. You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost which will be deducted from your refund. We will not refund the original shipping cost.
Shipping
Our processing time is 2-7 business days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number to the email address provided with the purchase.
Shipping time can take 2-5 business days depending on whether the items you ordered are currently on hand, or if an order has been submitted through our manufacturer.
We are NOT responsible for any packages misplaced, lost, or damaged by the carrier, such as UPS, USPS, DHL, Fedex, etc.
